Made for your order
Every CALLED FORM garment is customized after you place your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, or color selection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email calledformstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not ship an item back until we provide instructions. If we ask you to return an item because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
