Made for your order

Every CALLED FORM order is prepared specifically for you and fulfilled by our own team. We customize each garment after you place your order, so it is not ready for immediate dispatch. Preparation time can vary by order and is separate from shipping transit time.

Where we ship

We ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. The options available for your address appear at checkout.

Shipping options and rates

• Standard: $8 for orders under $70; free for orders of $70 or more. Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express: $15. Estimated carrier transit is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Checkout shows the final shipping charge before you place your order. These transit estimates begin after we hand your completed order to the carrier; they do not include custom preparation time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.

If preparation is delayed

If we cannot ship within 30 days of receiving a completed order, we will contact you before that period ends with a revised shipping date and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel and refund it.

Tracking, address changes, and help

We will send a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched, with tracking when available. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email calledformstudio@gmail.com promptly with your order number; we cannot guarantee changes once preparation or shipment has begun. For a delayed, missing, or damaged delivery, email us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
